W. Britain 13000 British Marine Officer, 1780

British Marines served as boarders, landing parties and sharpshooters aboard Englands naval commands. Marine officers that had achieved the rank of captain were given a courtesy promotion when they served under a Naval captain to prevent confusion during battles. This new W. Britain collection called "Jack Tars & Leathernecks" will feature both Marines and Naval personnel from many countries of the world. This collection will have marines, sailors, officers and landing parties.
