Battery Installation

Remove the belt clip by pressing on the securing spring, located under the top of the clip, then sliding the clip up.

Use the small screwdriver to open the battery cover, insert the batteries, then place the cover and clip back into place.

Operation

The units have six buttons

The upper and lower buttons on the left allow you to change the channel (up to 9).

The upper and lower buttons on the right controls the volume.

The upper center button turns the unit on and off.

The lower center button is the talk button, press to talk.

I picked these up for my 8-year-old nephew, he figured out how to use them in a matter of minutes and was out playing secret agent with his friend.

They are small enough that they fit nicely into a child's hand and have a decent range. As a matter of fact, he gave the second one to his friend that lives next door, and they talk to each other from bedroom-to-bedroom. That is impressive.

So, if you are looking for a great present to give to your kids, or friends kids. I would suggest this. It would make a great stocking stuffer.
