Built on one of Castle's most popular motor platforms, the V2 features a completely reworked rotor and stator that improves magnetic flux, efficiency, and overall drivability.
Smooth sensored startup, strong torque, and reduced operating temperatures make this the go-to motor for demanding 1/8 scale buggies, truggies, on-road builds, and 1/10 monster trucks weighing up to 15 lbs. High-strength Kevlar-wrapped neodymium magnets, oversized NMB ball bearings, and high-purity copper windings ensure long-term durability under extreme load.
Fully rebuildable construction means you can replace the rotor/shaft or end bell assemblies as needed - keeping your motor performing like new for the long haul.

Usage Notes
- Best used with 1/8 scale buggies, truggies, and on-road vehicles, plus 1/10 scale monster trucks up to 15 lbs
- Pair with a sensored Castle ESC such as Cobra 8 or Mamba Monster X for full SmartSense capability
- Sensor connections are NOT waterproof - apply dielectric grease and route carefully
- Never exceed 180°F motor temperature
- Do not use mounting screws extending more than 5mm into the motor face
